Come and join us!

We grow fruits, nuts, vegetables, flowers, and ornamental plants by following the essential principles of organic agriculture in working as much as possible with natural processes for soil building and conservation, pest management and heirloom variety preservation.

The Gardens are located at Harold Hodgson Park in Katoomba NSW and are on public land and open for visitors to enjoy every day.

They were founded on the current site in 1995.

Volunteers meet on:
- Fridays 10.30am – 2pm
- Sundays 10am – 12 midday

-> Join in with our email google group

Our sincere thanks go to those local businesses and organisations who support us, and the volunteers who make the gardens a great place to connect, learn and relax.

A very special thank you goes to the Katoomba Community Bendigo Bank for funding in December 2011 to replenish and extend our tool collection for use in our community based workshops and ongoing community garden maintenance.

The gardens activities, seeds and plants etc are organised and funded only through community volunteers.
