Well that was awesome!
We had a fantastic festival with approximately 400 visitors over the day and we raised $1500 for the community garden! Thanks so much to the Coop who donated raffle prizes and to all of the musicians, artists, chefs, activists and volunteers who made the day happen.

One of the highlights was watching everyone pouring in to be part of the Stop Adani action. 350 people, including our local member Susan Templeman, made a human sign as part of the national day of action to stop the Adani coal mine.
What else is there to say? The food was great, the music enchanting, the workshops inspiring, the garden was blossoming, the children were happy, there were cute puppies, face painting, massage, hair-wraps, drums, fire twirling and lots of dancing…Success!
